This program is designed to fit into real life. Most clients spend about 30 minutes bi-weekly in their scheduled coaching session, with additional time as needed to implement recommendations in a way that feels manageable and sustainable. Changes are introduced gradually, and expectations are always adjusted to your lifestyle, season of life, and capacity.
The goal is not to add stress, but to create supportive rhythms that feel realistic and attainable over time.
That’s completely okay; and more common than you might think. Nutritional Therapy is not about forcing foods you dislike or following a rigid plan. My approach is collaborative and personalized, meaning we work together to find options that align with your preferences, culture, lifestyle, and comfort level.
The goal is to create nourishment that feels enjoyable, realistic, and sustainable for you. If something doesn’t work, we adjust. This process is meant to support you; not feel restrictive or disconnected from real life.
Because this work is individualized and depends on personal commitment, consistency, and lifestyle factors, I’m unable to offer refunds based on outcomes or perceived progress. While I provide thoughtful guidance, personalized support, and ongoing care, results cannot be guaranteed and will look different for each individual.
This program is best suited for those who are ready to fully engage in the process and invest in their long-term wellness.
Yes. Nutritional Therapy is designed to complement, not replace, medical care. Many clients I work with are currently under the care of a physician or taking prescribed medications. My role is to support foundational health through nutrition, lifestyle, and education while encouraging collaboration with your existing healthcare providers when appropriate.
I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and I always respect the care plan established by your medical team.
