I have spent over 15 years working across multiple areas of the medical field, gaining a broad, hands-on understanding of how the body functions and where it often breaks down. My background includes family medicine, clinical research, orthopedics, dermatology, plastic and reconstructive surgery, internal medicine, phlebotomy, and esthetics.
Over time, my work expanded beyond traditional clinical settings. I became a Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor and a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner; allowing me to approach wellness through nutrition, movement, and lifestyle in a more connected way. I believe this path was intentional; shaped by experience, guided by faith, and grounded in a desire to help women restore balance and feel at home in their bodies again.
At its core, Nutritional Therapy honors the idea that real, lasting health comes from understanding the whole person and not just their symptoms. It takes into account individual biochemistry, lifestyle, and unique needs; acknowledging that many modern health concerns are rooted in nutritional deficiencies, toxic burden, and ongoing stress. My role as an NTP is to help rebuild those foundations and support clients in moving toward greater balance, vitality, and long-term wellness.
I view the body as a collection of beautifully interconnected systems, all working together and constantly influencing one another. When something feels “off,” it’s rarely isolated. Hormone shifts can affect energy and mood, poor sleep can disrupt blood sugar and stress response, and ongoing stress has a way of touching nearly everything. And for many women, these changes don’t happen in isolation; they overlap, compound, and often go unexplained.
In my work, I focus on areas women most often feel confused, dismissed, or frustrated by, including:
Perimenopause and menopause
Hormonal imbalances and irregular cycles
Fatigue and low energy
Thyroid health
Sleep disruptions
Stress and nervous system dysregulation
My goal is to help you make sense of what your body is communicating, support balance from the inside out, and guide you toward feeling more like yourself again; with care, clarity, and compassion.
