I believe God places callings on our lives in quiet, meaningful ways. For me, that calling has always been rooted in helping, listening, and loving others through their healing journeys. My work is an extension of that; walking alongside women as they learn to nourish their bodies, understand what they’re experiencing, and reconnect with themselves with grace and patience.

My story likely sounds familiar. One day, I woke up and felt “off.” My body no longer responded the way it once had. I was exhausted, bloated, dealing with irregular cycles, irritable, and unable to lose weight despite doing all the “right” things. I didn’t feel like myself anymore, and I felt lost in my own body. So I started a journey of self-healing.
Food has always been one of the ways I love people best. Cooking, sharing meals, and feeding others has long felt instinctual to me; an act of care, connection, and comfort. Nutritional Therapy felt like a natural extension of that love: honoring food not just as fuel, but as a powerful tool for healing, nourishment, and restoration. To me, supporting women through food is deeply personal; it’s a way of caring for the body while also tending to the heart.
My secret is that I don’t have it all figured out. I’m still learning, adjusting, listening to my body, and showing myself grace when things don’t go perfectly.
Healing isn’t linear, and I don’t believe we’re meant to arrive at some flawless version of ourselves. I believe we’re meant to stay curious, compassionate, and willing to begin again.
Costa Rica holds a special place in my heart. There’s a rhythm to life there that feels deeply healing; slow mornings, fresh and nourishing food, warm air, and the steady presence of the ocean.
It’s a place that invites you to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
For me, it represents balance, simplicity, and restoration; a reminder that healing often happens when we allow ourselves to slow down and be nourished, both inside and out.
